Making the perfect Keto Flaxseed Ladoo is as easy as combining the right ingredients in the right proportions. Start by dry toasting your flaxseeds in a pan or the microwave for about 60 seconds and then grind them into a fine powder. Then mix melted coconut oil and maple syrup, followed by sesame seeds, pistachio nuts & of course Flaxseed, powder. Finally, form the mixture into small balls or ladoos. Enjoy!
Ingredients require for Keto Flaxseed Ladoo:
1 Cup Organic Flax seeds Grind them to a fine powder
100 gm. slivered Almonds Finely ground
3 tbsp Melted Ghee
1 tbsp Gram Flour/Besan
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
Sweetener of your choice and according to taste
How to prepare Keto Flaxseed Ladoo:
1 Take a heavy-bottomed pan & add ghee to it & heat it well. Then we have to add almond flour, & flax seed powder and roast it well on medium heat.
2 Keep stirring it well.
3 After around 10 minutes, add gram flour and stir it well.
4 Make sure to add gram flour in less quantity & it is easily adjusted, in macros, we are using a minimum of making 16 ladoos.
5 For around 10 minutes, when the mixture is coagulated turn off the flame.
6 Let cool down the mixture.
7 Then add the sweetener of your choice & mix it with your hands & keep the mixture in the freezer for ten minutes.
8 To make ladoo apply ghee on your palms.
9 Then make a mixture of ladoo in a round shape like a ball.
10 Store them in the freezer if you want to keep them for a long time.
