Furthermore, the nut-free keto rolls  are the best combination of coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, fine salt, pickle juice, white eggs, boiling water, coconut oil, and sesame seeds. Ingredients:

    • Sesame seeds 2 tsp.
    • Coconut oil 3 tbsp. (coconut oil spray)
    • Boiling water 1 cup
    • Whisked white eggs 3 large
    • Pickle juice 2 tsp. (vinegar)
    • Psyllium husk powder 6 tbsp.
    • Fine salt 1 tsp.
    • Coconut flour 1/2 cup
    • Baking powder 2 tsp. (grain-free)

      Instructions:

        1. Twist the microwave to 350 degrees F for convection and 375 degrees F for baking.
        2. Mix the baking powder, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, and baking powder in a small vessel.
        1. Add the whisked egg and pickle juice to the flour and mix them correctly.
        2. Slowly add the boiling water and make the dough soft.
        3. Rotate the dough into a circle shape after trimming it into small slices.
        1. Set a line with parchment paper on the baking sheet and lightly spray it with coconut oil.
        2. Season the roll with the poppy seeds and move the paper sheet to it.
        3. Bake it for 70 to 75 minutes and leave it out of the microwave.
