Preheat your oven and prepare the meat mixture:
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken until it’s lightly browned, around 5-7 minutes. Add the tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder and thyme to the pan with the cooked chicken and stir until they’re combined. Cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the mashed potatoes for the topping:
